MAYOR GREETS HIGH SHERIFF OF CAMBRIDGESHIRE

On Tuesday 23rd September, The Mayor of Wisbech, Janet Tanfield, welcomed the new High Sherriff of Cambridgeshire, the Hon. Frances Stanley DL, to Wisbech Town Council Chamber. After chatting with local Councillors and leads of organisations in the Town. Guests were then given a fascinating talk on the history of the chamber and artifacts by ex mayor, Richard Barnwell. The High Sheriff then visited the Wisbech Community Farm, where she met the co-founder, Katie Bristow and had a tour.
