Ease Away Anxiety - Workshop

Ease Away Anxiety - Workshop

Fri, 03 Apr 2020 11:00

Fortnightly workshops for people who suffer from anxiety or people who are going through a stressful time. As part of the workshops you will learn how to stop your anxiety symptoms, learn more about what anxiety is and the session will end with a guided meditation. From time to time other therapists will be invited to come along and give advice or talk about how they help people with anxiety.

The aim is also for you to meet other people who are going through similar and I won't put you on the sport or do anything to make you feel uncomfortable.Your first session is free and will cost £5 per session thereafter. Please message me or email to book your place, but you can pay on the day.
