Please print out, complete and return to Wisbech Town Council, 1 North Brink, Wisbech PE13 1JE with a copy of your Public Liability Insurance Certificate and also for food vendors, your Food & Hygiene Certificate. Please note PLI and FHC's must cover the period of the event.
